AN ACT to repeal article nine, chapter four of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
relating to the legislative committee on pensions and
retirement.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the legislative committee on
pensions and retirement.
Article nine, chapter four of the code of West Virginia, one
thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
